Dr. Peri Seshens PsyD, BCBA, LBA

CEO/Founder

After receiving her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Psychology from St. John’s University, Peri took her coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and various developmental disabilities for over ten years.  As the former Program Director of an Early Intervention Program, Peri has extensive experience in early childhood, managing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program, conducting psychological evaluations, and applying behavioral principles to teaching young children with special needs.  She specializes in supervising therapists and providing training to both parents and professionals.  Peri provides pre- and post-doctoral supervision to psychology graduate students and supervises students pursuing Advanced Degrees in ABA.  She has traveled internationally to provide professional trainings and create special education programs in Vietnam.  Her passion is in training others to understand and change behavior in order to support the success and learning of every child.  Peri was appointed to sit on the NYU Langone Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders Advisory Council in 2017.

Dani LoVecchio MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA

CEO/Founder

Dani is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New York and New Jersey and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of New York.  Uniquely, Dani is one of approximately 340 SLP-BCBA's in the world and as such, she is able to pull from both professions to provide the best therapy possible.  Dani has been a member of the the NYU Langone Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders Advisory Council since 2017.

Dani has devoted her career to bettering the lives of the Autistic population since 2006 and continues to strive to for her clients to achieve the highest level of independence across all areas of their lives.  Dani specializes in evaluating children with receptive and expressive language disorders and feeding disorders, secondary to their diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating speech, language and feeding disorders, combined with her behavioral expertise, allows Dani to TRULY evaluate children with severely restricted communication, extreme food selectivity, and/or children who engage in intensive challenging behaviors. She is a strong proponent of hugs, kisses, tickles, and peek-a-boo for the little ones, and following her older client's interests in order to target important life and socialization skills.  Dani resides in Montclair, NJ with her husband Steve, their three daughters and her dog-son, Baxter! Dr. Alexis Sporkin, PsyD, BCBA, LBA

Executive Director
IEP/Legal Coordinator

Dr. Sporkin is a Licensed Psychologist, NYS Certified School Psychologist, BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She received her Doctoral degree and BCBA through St. John’s University, where she spearheaded a program that integrated behavioral analytic and school psychology coursework. The merging of these two interrelated fields, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and School Psychology, has shaped Dr. Sporkin’s practice and unique clinical judgment. She has been working with individuals with ASD since 2012 and has also had significant experience working with individuals with anxiety, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning delays, and other developmental disabilities. Dr. Sporkin specializes in assessment, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments. In her role as IEP/Legal Coordinator, Dr. Sporkin oversees our clients’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), by attending all relevant meetings and working closely with all of our families and their attorneys to ensure our clients continue to receive a free and appropriate education.


Ashley Pacheco, MA, BCBA, LBA

Onboarding Coordinator

Ashley received a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from New York University. She served as a head teacher at an ABA-based Early Intervention center for 3 years, while she completed her coursework to become a BCBA at the Florida Institute of Technology. Since joining Bridge Kids in 2016, Ashley has expanded her clinical repertoire to include working with clients ages 3 to 21 years old in home, school and community settings. In addition to providing direct therapy, she is responsible for case oversight, and parent training. Ashley is a natural with children and specializes in Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to teach functional communication skills as well as skill acquisition across all developmental domains. In her role as Training Coordinator , Ashley oversees on-boarding of every new therapist, coaching them through a comprehensive and thorough 6-8 week training program

Alexa Landman, MA, BCBA, LBA

Continuing Education Coordinator

Alexa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New York. She received her Master’s Degree in Developmental Disabilities with a concentration in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Nova Southeastern University. She is extremely passionate about her work and has over 9 years of experience working in the field of ABA with children with a diagnosis of Autism. Alexa has worked with clients ranging from 2 to 16 years of age in the home, school and community settings. In addition to providing direct therapy, she is responsible for parent training, as well as case oversight. Alexa understands the importance of autonomy, and places a strong focus on each child’s independence, by targeting important daily living and functional communication skills to meet the individual needs of her clients. In her role as Continuing Education Coordinator, Alexa helps facilitate company-wide trainings and will be expanding the services that Bridge Kids offers to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.


Andrea Morrison MA, BCBA, LBA

Andrea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New York. She received her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University Teachers College. Prior to working as a BCBA, Andrea earned New York State general education and special education teaching certifications. In addition to providing direct therapy, she is responsible for case oversight and behavioral skills training for parents and caregivers. Andrea is experienced in conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments to create individualized treatment plans for each learner. She enjoys working closely with classroom teachers and paraprofessionals to implement best practice behavioral intervention strategies in schools. In her role as Insurance Coordinator, Andrea works with families, therapists and various insurance companies to ensure the authorization process runs smoothly.


Samantha Harrison, MA, BCBA, LBA-NY

Samantha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New York. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Teachers College at Columbia University. She has experience working in the field of behavior analysis since 2012 with children and adults ranging from ages 3 to 21 years old providing support in the home, school and community settings. Samantha is passionate about developing client-specific and significant goals and enjoys expressing her creativity through individualizing each client’s programming and materials. She is motivated to make meaningful connections with local community businesses and programs to ensure our clients can access a wide variety of learning and social opportunities. Samantha is inspired each day by the successes, no matter how big or small, of her clients.
